The diploma thesis deals with the course of the contract in the selected company. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and methods related to the topic. The following part will describe the course of the contract in the selected company and analyzes will be performed, which were defined in the theoretical part, such as the FMEA method, Ishikawa diagram and IFE analysis. The last part will contain proposals for measures.

This bachelor thesis deals with the course of the contract in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic knowledge and methods selected with me, wich will be needed in the whole thesis. In the practical part, analyzes are performer, such as methods of START or Ishikaw diagram, that will be a huge part of the thesis. Based on the results, suggestions are made to improve the course of the contract in the company.
